On Thursday, January 9, 2025, OMO EKITI NI MI FOUNDATION took a bold step towards empowering unemployed youths in Ekiti State, Nigeria. The foundation organized a day-long Employment Readiness Training for 580 selected unemployed youths, equipping them with essential skills to enhance their employability.
Focus on Proper CV Packaging and Interview Tips:
The training program focused on two critical aspects of job searching: proper CV packaging and interview tips. The participants were taken through a comprehensive session on how to craft a compelling CV that showcases their skills, experience, and achievements. They also received valuable tips on how to prepare for interviews, respond to common interview questions, and make a positive impression on potential employers.
Expert Facilitators and Interactive Sessions:
The training program featured expert facilitators who shared their knowledge and experience with the participants. The sessions were interactive, with opportunities for participants to ask questions, share their experiences, and receive feedback.
