The vision of Ọmọ Èkìtì Ni Mí Foundation is to:

Create a thriving community in Ekiti State where every youth is empowered with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to secure gainful employment or start their own business.
Equip unemployed youth with relevant skills that match the demands of the job market.
Facilitate access to job opportunities through partnerships with local businesses, government agencies, and international organizations.
Promote entrepreneurship and innovation among the youth by providing training, mentorship, and startup capital.
Advocate for policies that support youth employment and skill development in Ekiti State.
